Quality
Every fabric checked, carefully
Quality at Raisha is not a final gate. It is eleven checkpoints spread across the production line, each one recorded.

Our Laboratory
Testing we run ourselves, on every lot
We commissioned our own laboratory in 2019 rather than rely on third-party certificates that arrive after the fabric has shipped. Results now reach the production floor within hours, not weeks.
- Colour fastness to washing, rubbing and light
- Dimensional stability and shrinkage testing
- GSM and width verification on every lot
- Tensile and tear strength assessment
- Four-point fabric inspection system
- Pilling and abrasion resistance
- pH and residual chemical screening
- Pre-shipment audit and roll-wise reporting
Four Pillars
How we define quality
Quality Assurance
A documented QA plan governs every stage, with sign-off required before a lot advances.
Fabric Testing
In-house laboratory testing for fastness, strength, shrinkage, pilling and pH.
Premium Standards
Hand-feel and lustre assessed against a physical master swatch for each collection.
Export Standards
Azo-free declarations, roll-wise reports and packing built for sea freight humidity.

Guarantee
If it does not meet the master swatch, it does not ship
Each Raisha collection has a physical master swatch held in our laboratory under controlled conditions. Bulk production is compared against it under calibrated D65 daylight — not under the shop-floor lights, where almost anything passes.
Where a lot falls outside tolerance, it is diverted rather than shipped and discounted. Our clients build collections on the assumption that next season's fabric will match last season's. Protecting that assumption is the whole point of the laboratory.
