Dyeing is the water-intensive stage of textile production. Modern soft-flow machines have reduced liquor ratios substantially, but the industry average remains high.
At Raisha we operate closed-loop water recovery on our primary dye line and route all effluent through a common treatment facility. Roughly 62 percent of process water is recovered.
Energy is the second front. Heat recovery from stenter exhaust now supplies a meaningful share of our pre-heating load.
None of this is marketing. Increasingly, it is a condition of doing business with European buyers — and it should be.
